This was the first prop of the Starship Trooper group cosplay build that I attempted. I did not have access to a 3D printer yet, so I took the 3D model, sliced it into layers and laser cut the pieces out of 1/32nd Plywood. I then glued them all together and made a two-part silicone mold so I could quickly mass-produce 10 that are identical.
